The Qutub Minar is one of the most iconic monuments in India, standing tall and proud in the Indian capital of Delhi. The Qutub Minar was damaged during an earthquake in 1369, but it was restored to its original glory by Firoz Shah Tughlaq, who reigned from 1351 to 1388. During his reign, he also added the iconic iron pillar, which stands in the courtyard of the Qutub Minar.

Today, the Qutub Minar is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Delhi. People from all over the world come to admire the intricate carvings and grand architecture of the Qutub Minar.
